Product Care & Safety

Are Marquisea products microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe? Most of our high-grade silicone and tempered glass essentials are fully microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe! However, for premium stainless steel knives, carbon steel cookware, or products with wooden accents, we highly recommend gentle handwashing to preserve the edge, finish, and structural integrity. Returns & Satisfaction

What is your return policy? We want you to cook with absolute confidence. We accept returns on completely unused, unwashed items in their original, secure packaging with all tags and protective seals completely intact within 30 days of delivery. For health, hygiene, and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have already been used to prepare food.
